Stuff and Nonsense

Despite my intentions to not write any more of these stories, I’ve gone and written another one, called “The Shame Game”.  I’ve been too busy with work lately to continue with the novel I’ve started (I’m going back to it now – thanks to those who’ve asked about it), so I put what creative energy I had into this story instead.

It is a bit darker than some of the other stuff I’ve written.  It was written before the recent Iraqi prisoner issue hit the newspapers, and it was not inspired in any way by that.  Heaven knows what it was inspired by!  I’ve given up on trying to understand the workings of my twisted imagination.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy it.  Please let me know what you think.

As I said late last year, I’m now writing a novel.  It’s not in the same style as the stories on this page, but I’m having fun writing it.   It’s set in a modern office environment and it focuses on the issue of workplace bullying (with a romance playing out along the way, of course).  It will undoubtedly end up languishing in my filing cabinet, but I’ve decided I have to at least give it a try.  I’ll also be editing a science fantasy novel I wrote for a couple of friends a few years ago, and that one’s going to be sent off to publishers - probably for more rejection slips.  If any of you have any connections to publishers or literary agents, please let me know.

If any of you would like to read the novel in draft stages or in final form, please email me at teri_ms@hotmail.com

Thank you so much for taking the time to read my silly little stories.  I’ve enjoyed creating them and I’ve loved hearing from you.  Without your ongoing feedback and support, I would have stopped writing them a long time ago, and I wouldn’t have had the confidence to attempt to write something a bit more involved and different now.

Thank you also to Michel, who has hosted this page for me.  It has been a delight to have a place to put my scribblings so that people all over the world could read them.

I’m happy to hear from any of you any time.  For now, thanks again.  Wish me luck!

Cheers,

Terri

Warning

Although there are no photos or pictures on this site, and my writing is at the "soft" end of erotica, it's still not suitable for kids. If you're under 18, go read something else. JK Rowling is great. So is Terry Pratchett.

Enough talking. I hope you enjoy the stories. Please drop me an email to let me know what you think at teri_ms@hotmail.com
